If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you, or another third person received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Items with broken seals, on purpose or not, can not be returned due to the excise duty law.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns should be declared either by phone ((+32) 11 91 66 35), mobile ((+32) 475 76 41 08, standard mail (Dorpsstraat 39, 3500 Hasselt) or email (email@example.com) prior in returning the item and before the end of the return period stated above. All returns should be shipped to The Spiritists, Dorpsstraat 39, 3500 Hasselt.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days or earlier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
